  • Role Summary

    Reporting to the Billing Team Leader the role of Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the success of the company by assisting the Billing Team Leader and coordinators in all duties such as ensuring all documentation relating to equipment sales is completed. This role is responsible for managing individual tasks assigned by the Billing Team Leader and coordinators, along with tasks on an ad hoc basis.

    Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Assist Sales Staff & Customers with queries regrading payments, copies of invoices and general queries;

    • Data entry of Daily Banking

    • Support the billing team with data entry, checking of documents & loading sales orders into our system for new applications;

    • Supporting billing team with meter reading collection at the end of every month;

    • Support the billing team in processing third party billing and reviewing for errors.

    • Contract maintenance;

    • Updating spreadsheets and reconciling data for both internal and external customers;

    • Month end processing as advised;

    • Accounts Payable supplier invoice entry

    • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth application process;

    • Provide general accounts & administration support.

    • Follow company procedures in relation to customer complaints/enquiries and ensure they are resolved within 24 hours.

    • Communicate with clients honestly, clearly, respectfully and tactfully regarding monies owing.

    • Uphold best practice customer service always.

    Required skills and experience:

    - With at least 1-2 years of Billing Admin process experience

    - With experience in the BPO industry.
