  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to direct and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

    Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post info onto designated records in Payroll System

    Computes wages and deductions and enter into data into Payroll System

    Compile employee time, production, and payroll data reports from Payroll Systemand other data records.

    Participate in coordination meetings with interface departments and clients.

    Provides topmost quality of service to resolve concerns of interface departments and clients on a timely manner.

    Compliance with company standards and policies on attendance, company interest and property.

    Participation in company related activities

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Accounting and any other related Business course

    Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Payroll & Billing

    Computer proficient - MS Excel

    Willing to be assigned at Quezon City
