  • Prepare and send Statement of Account to Unit Owners/Tenants

    Prepare Statement of Account Summary

    Deposit collection everyday

    Prepare Daily Collection Report

    Prepare Collection Summary

    Prepare Notices to Unit Owners/Tenants

    Maintain Unit Owners/Tenants Subsidiary Ledger

    Remind Delinquent Unit Owners/Tenants

    Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging

    Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the Billing and Collection Functions in accordance with records retention policies and procedures

    Handles petty cash funds

    Handles collection of association dues, utilities

    Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time
