  • Responsibilities:

    Performs billing and collection processes.

    Prepares and issues Billing Invoice to clients.

    Verifies computations, accounting entries and required attachments of Billing Invoice

    Prepares and issues Acknowledgment Receipt/Official Receipt to clients.

    Ensure the completeness of BIR form 2307

    Ensure timely billing and collection

    Ensure proper filing of accounting files/documents

    Other task that may be assigned


    Degree in BS Accountancy/BS Business Administration, or other business related course.

    Required skill(s): keen to detail, excellent communication skills, flexible/adaptable

    Good oral and written communication skills

    Must be good in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
