  • • Billing

    1) Updates tenant’s ledger reports (proof lists) in monthly basis by reconciling any changes such as new, renewal, escalation, termination, and move in tenants for billing reference purposes

    2) Prepares invoices and statement of accounts to rental tenant based on updated listings

    3) Prepares electric and water consumption report by comparing past and previous reading to be billed to tenants as indicated in contract terms.

    • Collection

    1) Prepares client database/ledger that will serve as basis in client collection payment terms by referring to client contract terms and conditions.

    2) Performs rental collection activities by preparing and distributing notice of past due accounts in order to make clients aware of their overdue account.

    3) Contacts delinquent and overdue clients by letter or phone in order to arrange the payment scheme plan and other options related to collection.
