  • GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:
    The Billing and Collection Associate is responsible for receiving of cash and non-cash payments
    and issuance of receipts.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Prepares daily cash reports of collectors
    2. Receiving of rental payments
    3. Prepare a collection guide and billing statement
    4. Checks collectors daily guide – the previous day
    5. Credit Card - 1 st summary of Collection Report
    6. Answer Phone calls
    7. Issue receipt for the payment
    8. Create electronic Invoice thru client’s portal
    9. Update ledger
    10. Make call for the customer for collection
    11. Prepares statement of account and billing statement

    Minimum Requirements:

    Gender : Male/Female

    Educational Requirements : College Graduate preferably finance and accounting related courses.

    Work Experience : preferably 1 year to 3 years of work experience in related Field.
