  • Description

  • Receive records of the payments due from a customer towards a particular organization

    Keep track of the total amount due and the date on which the payment is expected

    Send SMS, E-mails, or make calls to customers to remind them about the payments due in the coming days

    Notify the debtor after receiving the payments via e-mails or SMS

    Update the organization's accounts with the payments received and calculate the revised amount pending

    Provide a unique code to the bills, so that it can be easily distinguished from other bills

    Explain the methods and principles used for billing to the customers and resolve their doubts

    Advise the customers on the procedures and methods to adopt while repayment

    Conduct periodic billing audits to maintain accuracy in work

    Analyze the unpaid claims and denials and investigate the reasons for nonpayment

    Make a list of unpaid claims and communicate with the debtors to find any possibility for payment

    Charge late fees, penalties, or compensation to the defaulting members

    Perform clerical functions of filing up forms and submitting them with the authorities

    Study the contractual terms and conditions of payment. Make sure certain payments are consistent with the terms.

    Make changes in the personal details of the clients, if required such as contact details, financial status, etc.

    Issue loans and payment statements to customers as and when they demand

    Interact with other members of the accounts department and draft comprehensive accounts
