  • JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

    • Receives and creates new jobs and employee assignments in company database
    • Updates and maintains company databases with employee. job and financial information
    • Maintains accuracy of data in company databases
    • Generates and manages multiple reports as needed
    • Maintains high level of data processing with minimal error rate
    • Maintain accurate filling system
    • Completes audit reports
    • Provides information to all levels of employees

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of Bachelors degree in any course.
    • Must have atleast 6 months related work experience
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
    • Intermediate knowledge of Granite and GE systems / applications
    English proficiency required
    • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
    • Can start ASAP!
