  • General Description:

    Booking Administrator will act as the point of contact for all booking forms checking and submissions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for putting bookings on Viewpoint.

    • Checking and make sure that the information (Room Type/Room Price/Dates etc.) on submitted booking forms are 100% accurate and correct before sending it to Verification Team.

    • Other tasks assigned by his/her Immediate Superior.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of at least 1 year work related experience.

    • Graduate of any Business related course.

    • 100% Accuracy and Attention to details.

    • Excellent Communication skills.

    • Strong Analytical thinking skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

    • Excellent computer skills

    • Extensive Knowledge with Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.

    • Extensive Knowledge with Google sheets.

    • Willing to work or to relocate at Angeles City, Pampanga.
