    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Invoicing customers from Connectwise
    • Ensure quotes and amendments to quotes are completed on a daily basis
    • Invoicing customers including discussing to them invoice contents
    • Ordering of stock on a daily basis or as required
    • Invoicing Customers for stock on a daily basis
    • Management of stock
    • Oversee return of faulty stock
    • Checking and approving employees timesheets
    • Weekly and monthly service billings to be completed according to company guidelines
    • Enter customer payments into MYOB and tracking Receivables
    • Keep Receivables to acceptable levels according to company guidelines
    • Organize monthly events for the team
    • Recording financial transactions into MYOB
    • Carrying out bank reconciliations.
    • Reporting for preparation of a Business Activity Statement (BAS).
    • Checking figures and reporting for accuracy.
    • Reporting any irregularities in data to management.
    • Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents.
    • Auditing engineer compliance with company policies
    • Liaising with customers in regards to Enquiries
    • Co-ordinate the team
    • Work towards KPIs
    • Other projects and tasks as directed
    • Conduct weekly customer feedback calls


    • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Strong analytical /problem-solving skills
    • Great written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Intelligent
    • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Background in IT whether those who worked for an IT company or IT experience desirable
    • Proficiency in Packages including MYOB
    • Applications – Connectwise (Important), Labtech (good)
    • Knowledge of Information Technology equipment preferred
    • Managed Services background
    • Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - AU time
    • Amenable to start immediately

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project
