    Roles and Responisbilities:

    • Assist with company's bookkeeping

    • Help maintain our accounting records in Quickbooks

    • Reconcile our credit card statements

    • Assist with paying invoices


    • 2 to 3 years experience with bookkeeping

    • Fluent in the English language both spoken and written

    • Strong Quickbooks and booking experience

    • Extremely well organized

    • Strong communication skills

    • Well organized and able to work well under pressure

    • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US MST

    • Amenable to start immediately

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
