     Responsible for Cash and Check Disbursement
     Checking of Petty Cash Liquidation
     Responsible for the Monitoring and Preparation of Deduction (Office Staff and Construction)
     Monitoring of Cash Advances and borrowings
     Responsible for the Preparation of Weekly Payroll for Construction Workers
     Responsible for the preparation for Admin Office Staff Payroll

     Monitoring of Bank Available Balance
    o Post Date Check Issued
    o Deposit Check from Client Collection
    o Withdrawal Recording
    o Updating for Scheduling for Payments
    o Bank Transaction (Monthly Interest/Check Book request/Update/Manager’s Check)
     Customer Service
    o Coordination with the Accountant - all transactions
    o Releasing of issued checks and cash payments
    o Reporting as per request


  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
