  • Description


    1. Record the financial transactions in bookkeeping software (such as SAP or QuickBooks), spreadsheets or databases.

    2. Carry out bank reconciliations

    3. Prepare SOA for tenants

    4. Reconcile & subsidiary ledgers

    5. Prepare A/R Aging weekly/monthly as requested by immediate supervisor

    6. Prepare proposed adjusting journal entries to be approved by the Accountant

    7. Check CV’s, Checks and their attachments

    8. Facilitate the tax matters every month

    9. Check figures and reporting for accuracy.

    10. Report any irregularities in data to management.

    11. Produce balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents.

    12. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

    13. Bring the books to the trial balance stage

    14. Facilitate requirements needed by external auditors/regulatory board/government agencies


    1. Perform Accounting tasks that may be assigned by the management.


    Education : Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field

    Experience : Preferably with at least 2-year bookkeeping experience

    Other Skills : Advance computer skills

    Knowledgeable in SAP database

    High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
