  • * Check and verify source documents such as invoices and receipts

    * Allocate and post financial transactions details to Quickbooks

    * Reconcile and balance all accounts

    * Collate and analyse account data and generate financial reports

    * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

    * Assist with budget preparation

    * Maintain complete filing system to support financial records

    * Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

    * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as requested
