  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    The responsibilities of the Bookkeeper is to record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes, verify if transactions are recorded in the correct daybook or ledger, bring books to trial balance stage, perform partial checks of posting processes, and complete tax forms.

    The Bookkeeper is also tasked to enter data, maintain records, launch reports, prepare financial statements, process accounts receivables and payables, and handle payroll in a timely manner.

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Basic Accounting Skills 

    Record-keeping and organisational skills 

    Ability to maintain confidentiality 

    Ability to interact professionally with clients

    Proficient with:

    Cloud-based software, particularly in Quickbooks

    MS Office Suite (particularly in Outlook and Excel)
