  • BS Accountancy or related course

    With at least 4 to 5 years experience in bookkeeping

    A certified user of Xero or Quickbooks Online

    With Australian bookkeeping experience and must know Australian payroll and BAS preparation

    Preferably with Australian GST experience but not required

    Must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets

    With experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Processing and Management Reporting

    Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

    Systematic and proactive

    Must be comfortable in new technology and can work with minimum supervision

    Must have a reliable internet connection and a modern laptop
