    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Scanned receipts document management (Scanbot/Dropbox)

    • General admin and assist team with ad hoc duties

    PropertyMe Manager

    • Using property management software to keep track of tenant rents from bank statement feed and allocate to correct property/room

    • Produce tenant ledgers when required

    • Oversee automated messaging to tenants (receipts, arrears notices)

    • Every 1-2 weeks from PropertyMe, produce a summary of late payers for the Liaison Officers in the format provided so they quickly understand and can chase tenants. Tick the list off as they pay

    Customer Keeper App Manager

    • Maintain contact details of tenants in the Customer Keeper app

    Xero (integration with PropertyMe) Manager

    • Bank reconciliations

    • Use rules for regular transactions etc

    • Produce monthly report of total rents in from tenants (property by property), rents paid to owners (property by property), total of both with GP calculation

    • Work closely with an external Accounting firm and provide information to them as required for the lodgement of BAS, IT returns etc.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Accounting or related

    • Previous experience as Accountant or Bookkeeper

    • At least 6 months of Xero experience

    • Experience working within the Australian Real Estate industry and PropertyMe software would be an advantage

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps particularly with Spreadsheets (e.g. MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets)

    • Ability to adapt to new tools and software

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills

    • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility

    • Good organisational skills

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
