    We are in need of Bookkeeper/Accountant FULL Time for regularization.

    Php20,000 - 25,000 Plus benefits, Health Card etc.

    Responsibilities:

    - Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes

    - Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

    - Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

    - Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments

    - Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

    - Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data, Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or relevant course

    - Bookkeeping NCII graduate is an advantage

    - With at least minimum of 1 year experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting

    - Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping and accounting procedures: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,Proper filing, Monitor Office expenses, Payroll, Petty Cash, Check Prep (receipts, invoice etc), Tax Forms & Deadlines & General Ledger

    - With experience in preparing Financial reports

    - Proficient with MS Excel

    - Able to multitask and exercise flexibility

    - Can demonstrate good judgement, initiative and discretion

    - Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

    - Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

    - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
