  • • Handling Accounts Receivables

    • Creating and Sending invoices for 3 different brand names under multiple XERO accounts

    • Calling customers to follow up payment status

    • Trading and Creating STC invoices

    • Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager in Australia


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field

    • At least 1-year experience in BPO companies

    • Strong knowledge in XERO Accounting Software

    • Must have a knowledge in handling Receivables

    • Familiar with the use of Pipedrive (preferred but not necessary)

    • Can work with minimum supervision

    • Analytical skills

    • Computer savvy

    • Able to work under pressure

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Attention to details

    • Strong work ethic


    • Day shift Mondays to Fridays

    • Fix week ends off!

    • Office based job
