Branch Accounting Staff

Description
Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any related course (eg. BSBA, Financial Management

etc.)

- Female

- With Cashiering Experience

- Willing to work in Marikina Office

- Willing for stay in if beyond resident of Marikina

- Preferably Single in civil status

Job Responsibilities:

Daily cash transaction or remittance with delivery drivers

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database

Provide assistance and support to company personnel

Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Constantly update job knowledge

Daily reporting about the sales and cash transactions
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
