  • -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course.
    -At least 3 years of working experience as HR Officer
    -Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    -Good communications skills and highly organized.

    Duties and Responsibilities - Job Specific:

    -Required to perform HR duties within the branch including the release of memos, pay slips, monitoring that staff are doing their jobs properly (as instructed by HR-Main).
    -Approve leaves, absences and serve out necessary suspensions (if required) to employees providing it doesn’t disrupt the work flow
    -Ensure that the Office building is properly maintained, and reporting back to Main Office for any concerns on maintenance and improper employee behaviour
    -Submitting of weekly/monthly reports and updating status of branch to Main Office.
    Minor accounting functions.
    -Must coordinate with the other administrators, especially regarding the behaviour of the employee under them and report to Main Office
    -Perform other tasks assigned by management as required​
