1. Accepts, process and posts collections / over-the-counter (OTC) payments, reload and other related OTC transactions from internal and external clients.

    2. Performs counterfeit check or bill detection for all payment received.

    3. Escalates to Retail Store Supervisors/ Territory Sales Manager (TSM) all on-the-spot requests for voiding and reversal as defined in the process guidelines.

    4. Complies with all requirements stipulated on the Operations Manual, Training materials, Memoranda, and the like relating to the Company and of functions assigned.

    5. Prepares necessary reports, and other functions as assigned.

    6. Settles all penalties/shortages in accordance with the standards set.


    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

    2. Applicants must be willing to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union

    3. No work experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply

    4. Must be able to deal with different types of people

    5. Must have adequate knowledge in using MS applications

    6. Cashiering or Customer Service experience is an advantage.

    7. Must be willing to undergo training in Manila office for 7-9 days.
