  • Job Description
    Authorities & Responsibilities:
     Oversees the daily activities of the branch, ensures timeliness and quality of service
     Direct all operational aspects of the branch which include but not limited to distribution operations, sales, customer service, human resources, administration, financial management and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth flow of branch operations.
     Must ensure that cash controls, purchasing and maintenance of branch facilities are well implemented
     Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
     Responsible and accountable in ensuring that daily cash count is accurate
     Responsible for the implementation of the branch’s processes, policies and procedures according to the standard operating procedures set forth by the Company
     Improve marketing and sales strategies of the branch assigned
     Develop long term and short term goals and corresponding strategies and initiatives for the branch.
     Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
     Manages cost versus budget through effective and optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, technology and equipment)
     Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each direct report
     Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed
     Responsible for the timely implementation of marketing activities / events as directed by the Head Office
     Provides regular report to Management as directed
     other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior and /or Management
    : Job Specification:
     Graduate of any 4-year Business Management Course
     Minimum 5 years relevant experience in same capacity
     Must have above average communication skills, both oral and written
     Must be computer literate
     Must be a team player and can handle direct reports properly
     Must be reliable and trustworthy
     Can multi-task and can work under pressure
     Willing to work either for local or international assignment
