Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Licensed engineer
30-50 years old
Male or Female
Must have at least 5-8 years work experience as manager in a construction
business.
Has previous experience in the implementation of projects related to the organizations specialization; he should also have previous finance and management experience. He should be conversant with contracting
procedures and be aware of the organizations policies.
Knowledgeable in Control and Quality Management System.
Gained experienced in TQM, IMP, RMP is an advantage.
