  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, brand and dealer network management effectiveness, collection and store operations efficiencies within a given territory through the implementation of brand management strategies, sales & dealer activity programs, store operations systems, collection programs and service standards and general leadership over his team.

    • At least 2 years of related experience in field sales, branch and brand management

    • Preferably with direct selling experience

    • Preferably with exposure in business development and training

    • Experience in Retail Operations is an advantage

    • People oriented, outgoing, sociable

    • Confident, has strong leadership skills, proactive

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

    • Fieldwork exposure is required

    • Willing to work on extended hours
