  • Branch Sales Manager/Sales Training Manager:
    Duties and Responsibilities
    The Branch Sales Manager (BSM)/Sales Training Manager (STM) reports directly to the National Sales Manager (NSM). S/he must ensure achievement of Direct Sales objectives through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) growth in additions, order count, average order, and sales volume, and keep expenditures within the set budget. S/he must implement strategies to achieve the set performance for the following key areas:
    A. KPI Growth
    1. Ensures 100% achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets in a manner consistent with the Company’s policies and objectives.
    2. Standardizes work processes, policies, and procedures for all initiatives to ensure KPI growth.
    3. Executes programs effectively at the branch/distributor levels.
    4. Ensures continuous development and duplication of SC, GM and GD levels.
    B. Raffles Field Fundamentals/Training and Development
    1. Executes strategies for the continued expansion of Direct Sales business initiatives by building the customer base and sales force organization.
    2. Conducts training, product and business orientations, and cooking demonstrations.
    3. Implements training programs to institutionalize the Sales Process, drive dealer promotion (SC to GM, GM to GD), and secure business sustainability.
    4. Monitors, measures and assesses program effectiveness at the branch/distributor level.
    C. Convention/Rewards and Incentives
    1. Maximizes incentives and rewards programs for internal staff and the independent sales force.
    2. Implements incentives and rewards programs.
    3. Measures effectiveness of incentives and rewards programs.
    D. Sales Reports and Analysis
    1. Reviews and analyzes branch/distributor performance.
    2. Monitors expenses in all activities and allocates funds appropriately.
    3. Ensures all required reports are submitted on time, with accuracy and integrity:
    a. Itinerary
    b. Cash Advance and Trip Approval
    c. Consignment Liquidation
    d. Fund Replenishment
    e. Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
    f. Stock Monitoring and Requisition
    g. Promo/Prize Request (Batch Summary)
    h. Demotion Deferral
    i. Letter of Intent and Evaluation
    E. Customer Service/Helpdesk
    1. Ensures seamless coordination and communication within the organization and among external stakeholders.
    2. Drives a high level of customer service.
