  • We are Tech For Rent a fast growing company looking for Business Administrator.
    This is a remote based Job with freedom and flexibility. Reliable internet access and ability to call is required.

    Job task Description:
    • Accounts and Scheduling:
    • Send invoices to the customer.
    • Preparing quotation for customers.
    • Preparing a monthly schedule.
    • Check payment and send the receipt to the customer.
    • Bank reconciliation.

    Replying to inquiries:
    • Reply to customer questions via Phone, email and online messaging.
    • Good memory or diligence in remembering different room rates is required.
    • Able to respond fast to a customer inquiry.
    • Make recommendation to customer based on requirements.

    Coordinating Courier delivery:
    • Contact the driver or customer to ensure a timely and smooth delivery.
    • Preparing Pre-delivery paperwork.

    Requirements:
    • Attention to details with computer skills.
    • Ability to work independently, be proactive and use own initiative.
    • Meticulous and high sense of responsibility.
    • Able to speak and write English.
    • Bonus if with accounting knowledge/Experience.
    • Able to learn new online tools.
