Duties and Responsibilities:

Helps to lead the project from its very start by facilitating communication between teams/departments and upper management. Communicate ideas and business system knowledge from across the teams.

Manages project milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion of project within the acceptable risk.

Refines project execution and plans using change/project management standards and best practices.

Documents change/project plan activities to ensure that they are properly coordinated.

Process Mapping, Documentation, and Consultation.

Identifies system enhancements provides alternative solutions for process problems or changes and gathers

system-related feedback.

Sets clients’ expectations by conducting clarification sessions and by demonstrating prototypes, using case scenarios and other related tools.

Recommends solutions by working with project/process owners and technology experts.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field

Must have at least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst

Experience in software development processes using Agile methodologies and Agile development environment

Motivated, can handle pressure, and work independently with minimum supervision

Knowledge of business process modeling tools required

Strategic planning, business model analysis, and process design skills

Effective communications and technical writing skills. Clear and excellent English writing skills

Experience with and understanding of project management & change management development and tracking tools

Able to analyze and identify (together with the other tech leads) all procedural and system problems that are encountered either at the development or implementation stage
