  • The largest commercial service provider of live surveillance in the Philippines. The company is expanding and looking for result driven professionals to join its team. Successful candidates can develop key security surveillance skills and experience.

    The Jr. Business Analyst attends client meetings, solictts and records relevant details necessary for the intended Solution and transforms the information into Business Requirements Documents that will ensure Customer requirements are achieved. Key member of the Project Team, assisting in project planning, managing their own work, delivering assignments on time and within budget, as well as maintaining regular project status reporting to the project team and executive management. The Junior Business Analysts will work with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Operations, Quality Assurance, Suppliers and various project team members, as well as Executive Leadership. This position will require travel within the Philippines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work as a vital internal team member providing valuable contributions

    Assisting with the business case development

    Planning and monitoring

    Eliciting requirements

    Translating and simplifying requirements

    Requirements management and communication

    Requirements analysis

    Analyze current state of business, identify gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvement.

    Develop and evaluate company procedures, controls, guidelines to maximize efficiency and ensure that business operates at full functionality. Prepare, facilitate, document and participate in cllent meetings/workshops. Coordinate, prepare, and manage project documents and deliverables for the project manager.

    Facilitate Training for Customer staff

    Skills & Professional Experiences:

    Candidate must possess as least a Bachelor's / College Degree e Atleast 5 years of working experience in related field for this position

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, are critical, as they must be able to communicate information between different groups for different purposes.

    They must possess strong organizational skills and knowledge of business writing

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    To work in the office at least twice a week

    WORKDAYS:

    Monday to Friday

    STANDARD TIME:

    9am to 6pm

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

    Permanent Employment

    BENEFIT:
