  • JOB SUMMARY:

    Provide analytical support to establish a sound and reasonable assessment of customer’s environment to support the different line of business of the outsourcing services such as “Office Services (MPS)”, “Business Process Services” and “Document Outsourcing & Communications Services”

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible in engaging customer during kick-off meeting by demonstrating clearly the project activities and importance of the key milestones for the success of the ODA.

    Conduct actual site walk assessment in customer’s environment using the methodology of lean six sigma approach.

    Perform in-depth analysis of customer data and conduct interviews with stakeholders during site assessments to uncover customer’s existing challenges and bottlenecks.

    Work with support teams to identify / develop potential solutions encompassing people, processes and technology that will improve customer’s current state while addressing business objective.

    Collaborate within the team of business professionals primarily Business Consultants, virtual team, functional team and Department head in the development and finalization of the proposed design.

    Conducts presentation to both internal and external customer the result of the assessment and ensure customer acceptance of the current state.

    Responsible in the execution of the implementation of due diligence in compliance to the agreed timelines with customer to meet the committed turn around time.

    Responsible in ensuring completion of all documentations related to the services being rendered specific to the details of the project requirement.

    Responsible for handling all completed and signed documents as part of the hand over to next PIC responsible for the implementation.

    Participate in the enhancement and transformation of existing BA toolsets and procedures.

    Skills required:

    Strong analytical ability (preferably IS / IT / Computer Engineering background)

    Proficient in the use of office application (PPT, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)

    Background in Macro Programming & Project Management, preferred.

    Background in Project Management is a plus.

    Excellent presentation skill is a must!

    Excellent command of written and spoken English language.

    Should posses pleasing personality and can work under tight schedule

    Positive to challenges, innovative, and capable to identify solutions to problems.

    Team player; takes initiative to make things happen, accepts accountability, and has a "can do" attitude.
