Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Experienced in Agile Scrum development and ways of working
Willingness to solve problems by being inquisitive and curious. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential.
Ability to work remotely and virtually from stakeholders, while maintaining clear communications and meeting work expectations.
Knowledge and passion in evaluating, testing and recommending new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Contribute to and maintain product backlog and roadmap that reflects corrects prioritization and as necessary be able to decompose items into consumable stories for the scrum team
Liaises with internal and external clients for the analysis and definition of the business and system requirements, recommends solution together with the scrum team.
Leads backlog refinement calls, sprint planning, release planning, sprint reviews or demos and actively participates in other Scrum Ceremonies.
Self-organizes and applies cross-functional competencies to create high-value products.
Experience in the Human Resource domain is preferred, but not required
Relevant experience working with Web Content Management System and Applications
Familiarity with enterprise database concepts including Data Warehousing / Data Marts, Master Data Management, Data Quality, BI Semantic Models, ETL
Exposure to applied Artificial Intelligence or Data Science solutions
Experience with either documenting requirements for or building BI solutions (preferably Power BI or Dundas but any exposure is desired)


MONTHLY SALARY: P108,000
