  • Primary Role:

    - Drive operational improvement projects, providing data, analysis and insights to leadership and management teams

    - Support in the execution of strategic priorities and business capabilities.

    - Coordinate with the management and various teams to develop metrics and reporting.

    - Generation of business reports

    - Collaborate with operational excellence team, business owners, and IT for smooth delivery of strategic initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Management, IT, Information Systems or equivalent

    - At least 4 years of work experience in developing business reporting, metrics, and analyzing operational data

    - Skills/Technologies needed: Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Modeling, etc), scripting/querying data in SQL, Data Automation, Tableau/Minitab/JMP or other statistical Software Tools.

    - Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a must

    - Exposure working under Healthcare industry/projects/accounts is preferred

    - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Work from home setup until further notice but must be amenable to work in Taguig once onsite operations resumed. Shifting Schedule.
