  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in either of the following fields: Engineering or any Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics

    • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

    • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience, 5 of which is in a management position in the related field or industry.

    • Possess leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results driven and goal-oriented. Can turn numbers to strategies to achievements.

    • Highly motivated and has the ability to learn and become proficient with systems and processes.

    • Can effectively work with regional management as well as communicate and manage supervisory to rank-and-file employees.

    • Previous job role or involvement in Business Development or Management.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • To contribute to the revenue generation of the whole business by selling the range of products and services offered by GELDC. Responsible for the overall direction and control of all sales / marketing activities in the company. Responsibility includes training and motivation of the sales force agreed objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall revenue growth of all Business units.

    • To generate a revenue for the whole Business Development Team combining all products and services.

    • Plan, direct and integrate all work programs, processes and projects ensuring consistency and alignment to Sales strategic directions.

    • Spearhead and organize the conceptualization and execution of strategic and tactical plans for the attainment of the Sales objectives.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic and tactical plans implemented by the division to proactively implement interventions within levels of authority and recommend business improvement programs for top management approval.

    • Synergize with other heads, in the formulation of long- and short-term programs to address sales concerns

    • Align all recommended plans and programs ensuring that these are consistent with the Sales’ mission, vision and objectives.

    • Initiate organizational changes aimed to improve internal and external service levels and employee productivity standards.

    • Facilitate the planning and drives the process of building corporate culture anchored on the articulated values of the organization to establish a highly professional corporate image.

    • Develop, cultivate and maintain professional relationship to establish long-term business partnership with internal and external clients.

    Salary: (25,000.00 monthly basic + 15, 000.00 allowance)
