  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Locates and proposes potential business deals; discovering and exploring business opportunities and new products (Cebu, Visayas region)

    • Closes new business deals for all Rhenus products, domestic and international freight, transport, customs clearance, and warehousing services

    • Develops growth strategies and plans

    • Manages and retains fruitful relationships with existing clients

    • Excellently plan to ensure achievement of sales targets and KPI’s

    • Prepares PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

    • Prepares quotes, proposals and participates in bids

    • Timely submission of the required reports and reports via SUGAR system

    • Ensure credit term rule is being followed and assists in collecting overdue receivables

    • Updates job knowledge by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

    • Adherence to all Rhenus compliances; 100% dedication in selling Rhenus products and services and not engage in any selling activity other than these during the employment term with Rhenus

    • Set up of Operations in Cebu (Customer Solution, Shipment Coordination) that fulfills KPI requirements on job level and beyond (in terms of data quality, Trucking SOP, Checklist, etc) – supported by Manila office

    • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the smooth flow of operations on both solicited/nominated shipments. Upgrade level of customer satisfaction through timely updates, regular visits, and after-sales follow-ups

    • Management of the Warehouse Team in coordination with our Warehouse Manager Manila

    • Actively participates in all company-wide activities

    • Other tasks that may be assigned by his immediate superior and MD

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduate of any 4-year course, marketing, and logistics related or equivalent

    • With at least 5-year experience in a freight forwarding industry

    • With proven and existing key accounts upon joining with Rhenus

    • Excellent ability in sales presentation and highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

    • Excellent communications skills

    • Knows how to drive, with driver license and preferably with own car
