• • Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients as well as developing and implementing strategic sales plan.

    • Extensive experience handling enterprise clients

    • Developing growth strategies and plans and able to profile the client’s needs

    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

    • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

    • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

    • Proven track record in handling / closing complex IT projects

    • Ability to work in a dynamic work force and has the skill to leverage resources

    • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

    • Team player and works with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

    • Ability to develop and execute account plans

    • Work with internal teams to deliver results

    • Manage pipeline and pipeline on a weekly basis

    Key Requirements:

    • Must have at least 3 years of Business Development experience.

    • Knowledgeable in Information Technology especially on a distribution industry.

    • Ability to create and give presentations to a variety of audiences.

    • High-level communication skills

    • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

    • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

    • Experience working to and exceeding targets
