    * Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients as well as developing and implementing strategic sales plan.
    * Extensive experience handling enterprise clients
    * Developing growth strategies and plans and able to profile the client’s needs
    * Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
    * Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    * Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
    * Proven track record in handling / closing complex IT projects


    * 3+ years of BDM experience.
    * Knowledgeable in Information Technology especially on a distribution industry.
    * Ability to create and give presentations to a variety of audiences.
    * High-level communication skills
    * Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
    * The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
    * Experience working to and exceeding targets
