    Client Acquisition (New & Organic)

    o Establishing new business relationships by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

    o Must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

    o Should develop a rapport with new and existing clients and must be sustained all throughout the business relationship.

    o Attends trade shows, association meetings, and events (CCAP, PHILGEPS, BAC, PACAI, etc.) and other business functions to keep well-informed of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business and to market company’s end-to-end solutions.

    o Screens potential business deals by analyzing the deal requirements, potential and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities.

    o Coordinates potential new businesses to the Chief Marketing Officer to determine each project’s viability comparing the project versus the internal business goals.

    Documentation, Leads, and Project Management

    o Ensures the timely submission of RFIs/RFPs, bid documents, proposals, proof-of-concept agreements, and accreditation documents to the clients.

    o Submits all external and internal (Marketing unit requirements) documentary obligations within the provided time frame.

    o Will work with the company's Transition & Implementation Manager to create a project plan in preparation for the implementation and deployment of the new projects/expansion/clients.

    o Will assist in managing the new campaign at least during the pilot period (within 1-2 months)

    o Will exercise extensive database management of existing and potential clients (lead generation and client prospecting)

    Client Retention (Relationship Management)

    o Implements effective key account management with customer service efforts to differentiate and “level-up” the experience of clients.

    o Create and monitor performance and SLA attainment of each of the clients to know where we are best-in-class, or underperforming so it may be addressed.

    o Will work closely with the client’s decision makers and influencers and cultivate the business and personal relationship with them.

    o In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who will know how to actively listen and be able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to provide these requirements.

    Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Intelligence

    o Presents to and consults with the Chief Marketing Officer and discuss present business trends (local and international) with a view of developing new services, new competition, industry and regulatory business threats, trending products and revenue channels.

    o Actively participates in the quarterly (or monthly) internal business reviews and identify areas which can lead to potential new services.

    o Carries out the supporting market studies and conducts a business case study on the new and existing projects/campaigns of the company to leverage the sales negotiation.

    o Attends trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business and to market company's end-to-end solutions.

    Brand & Community Management

    o Company marketing, advertising, content creation, and promotion.

    o Regularly updates marketing correspondence of the company (newsletters, powerpoint presentations, digital platform, website, social media, visuals, and print, email/sms blasts, and other medium)

    o Reviews, edits, and is responsible for the release of all company literature

    o Creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness in the public.

    o Will set the company's services apart from its competitors with distinct branding initiatives.

    o Lead for Corporate communications, public relations, Client engagements and Corporate events.

    o Conduct client surveys – on services, and feedback with handling of business and escalate to senior management ways to improve client perspective.

    Job Requirements:

    Experience relevant to the role is preferred

    At least 5-10 years of BPO/Contact Center experience

    Good understanding of BPO industry, market, and competitors

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong research and analytical skills

    Budget-management skills and proficiency

    Charisma (outgoing personality)

    Ability to think creatively and innovatively

    Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

    Digital-savvy. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
