  • #Cloudstaff is in need of Business Development Manager.

    Location: Pampanga, Ortigas and Makati | Schedule: Night Shift

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Must have worked as Sales Manager/Business development Manager in BPO Industry for 2 years

    Able to cater to Multinational companies or foreign clients for Sales/Business deal.

    Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

    Does End-to-End Business/Sales deal

    Has experience in managing Business Development, Client management and Lead generation

    Knowledgeable in Sales, Marketing and Business strategies and implementation

    Must know how to concept business proposal, Business Model and Business Presentation

    Must know the current trends in Business and be able to incorporate new ways for the business set-up

    Should have experience in seat sales forecasting and generating potential growth for the company

    Experience in cold calling and appointment setting for potential customers.

    Candidates should be willing to work in Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas

    MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN NIGHTSHIFT

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Create a sales pipeline and look for prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising and other means of generating interest from potential clients.

    Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a Business plan in accordance with the clients' needs.

    Draw up client contracts, send in Business proposal and do client presentation

    Be able to think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

    Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

    Help to plan sales campaigns

    Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

    Will work to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth
