    - Develops, initiates and monitors the execution of sales policies and programs to achieve sales target,
    build image, and increase market share in the region;
    - Must have extensive experience in handling dealer sales specifically driving target outputs in regional
    - Manages dealers and sub distributors for Visayas Region.
    - Builds and maintains business relationships with dealers and customers;
    - Responsible for the direction, training, and motivation of sales force toward agreed objectives and the
    achievement of prescribed sales targets within an allocated budget.


    - Graduate of any 4-year college course preferably in allied medical course or BS ECE; an MBA is a
    - With 8 to 10 years work experience in the field Sales & Marketing, Product Management and/or
    Business Development;
    - With sales experience in medical or high-technology industry preferably in medical devices /equipment
    industry specifically with imaging devices.
    - With good management and people skills;
    - Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability;
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    - Customer and people oriented;
    - Must be willing to travel and do fieldwork.
    - Must be a resident of either Cebu/IloIlo/Bacolod
