  • Job Summary:

    The purpose of this position is to improve and grow the resupply and new accounts in the Philippines and SEA, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. The incumbent is expected to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, to develop business solutions to customers’ needs, as well as to enhance the resupply operation and the new accounts business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Works with VP Sales SEA to grow new customers in the Philippines and SEA.

    -Creates and executes the business development and sales strategy for targeted new accounts in the -Philippines and SEA market to achieve sales according to annual budget and stretched targets.

    -Implements Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure work activities and manage the exceptions.

    -Develops action plans as needed to close budget/stretched target gaps.

    -Prepares sales forecasts and maintains the most updates weekly in PBS and monthly in market activity report.

    -Supports sales in quotation and negotiation to be price competitive – define models to quickly estimate product at concept design phase.

    -Prepares and delivers pricing and technical proposal; persuades clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

    -Establishes and cultivates relationships with key internal and external stakeholders related to kitchen design, engineering companies, procurement, operations and maintenance;

    -Maintains intimate industry knowledge by continually benchmarking costs, market supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitors.

    -Identifies, plans and designs, and modifies products to meet customer needs

    -Assists engineering team for sales tools, like catalog, brochure and spec sheet.

    -Identifies required equipment suppliers; supports internal teams for component sourcing, purchasing and quality confirmation.

    -Visits existing and potential new customers within SEA as needed; records and reports progress

    Job Qualifications:

    -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.

    -At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    -Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership experience.

    -Experience in leading and managing projects

    -Should have experience in Accounting and Finance
