  • Responsibilities:
    •Develops marketing tools such as holding or active participation in trade shows and exhibits, design expositions, seminars, and other special events. •Leads the team to maximize the department’s fullest potential •Prepares cost proposals and represents the company during presentations and other business-related meetings. •Provide and support creative and sound ideas to maximize and utilize the department’s fullest potential and implementing them to meet or surpass the department’s financial goals and income target. •Promote good business relations by establishing customer focus and marketing strategies • Locate and propose potential business contracts/projects and opportunities by contacting potential new customers; discovering and exploring those opportunities to commence a relationship that will allow for proposal, or at least an expression of interest to be submitted to the potential client.
    Job Requirements:
    * Graduate of any BS degree course
    * With experience in Sales and Customer handling account and relationship management
    * Preferably with working background in real estate, property development industry
    * With strong work ethics especially in representing the company
    * To start immediately
    * 1 Vacancy for Pampanga assignement and 1 Vacancy for Pasig assignment
