Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Marketing

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the same field.

• Must have experience in sales and customer handling account and relationship management.

• Preferably with a working background in real estate, property development, or the construction industry.

• Willing to be assigned in Iloilo/Bacolod.

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for the following:

1. Develop Marketing and Business Development strategies and promote good business relationships with clients through customer focus.

2. Develop Business and Marketing plans in coordination with the Business Development Manager (Central Visayas) to achieve revenue goals.

3. Assist in promoting the company brand through media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, sponsorships, marketing collaterals, and website to include digital marketing.

4. Analyze current and past budgets, in accordance with sales revenue and expenses in order to make recommendations for future growth and development.

5. Identify to the client the advantages of hiring RLB as consultants and follow up results of our services on a regular basis to protect our base from other competitors.

6. Protect the Integrity of RLB in the market in every professional manner within all the business community as well as with all our clients.

7. Communicate with clients on a periodic basis through surveys or emails to monitor RLB's Services and performance through client feedback for future improvement.

8. Develop new potential business and services offered in line with client requirements in the business community and identify opportunities for sharing databases across all RLB offices within the Philippines through digital media.

9. Represent RLB in all networking functions, industry forums, to meet new potential clients to boost our presence in every region in the Philippines.

10. Develop new innovative ideas, strategies and study the movement of the business environment to include new projects coming in, culture, competition, innovation, and changes of the market landscape to protect RLB's future developments plans to the elements that inhibit RLB growth in the future.

11. Strategize a specific plan to win new projects in line with the economic and government moves to keep us one step ahead all the time with our competitors.

12. Identify risks in the market that will damage and affect the brand name and growth of RLB Philippines.

13. Any other work, projects, or tasks as directed by the Business Development Manager (Visayas).
