Currently we are expanding our team at our Manila office in BGC, Taguig City.
We are looking for Business Development Experts to help expand our brands and products, search for potential partnerships and clients.
Job Description:
Lead Generation/Nurturing;
Qualification or Identification of Account Opportunities;
Conversion of leads into sales;
Accounts segmentation;
Industry identification;
Client communication;
Client presentations;
Development of new business;
Effective conversion of prospects to accounts.
Job responsibilities:
Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands;
Research, contact and follow up with new leads;
Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions;
Develop strategies and plans to increase conversions and build good business relations;
Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients;
Manage interaction with our clients, maintain good business relations;
Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, sales strategies, pricing models, and more in global markets;
Key Accounts management.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of working experience in Business Development, preferably experience in management of clients from companies with overseas projects;
Fluent or Advanced Level in spoken and written skills in English.
Understanding of international markets;
Experience in sales, negotiation and virtual assistance;
Ability to work in an online environment;
Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;
Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;
Self-motivated and Proactive.
