  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.

    - Initiates contacts with prospective clients for the purpose of generating sales on products and services of the company.

    - Undertakes product / sales presentations to prospective channels partners and direct accounts.

    - Provides consulting and advising to clients and channels partners for the identification of problems, issues, and concerns for resolution; secures assistance of other departments to develop responsive services.

    - Conducts interviews, surveys, and other data gathering and validation procedures on existing business processes of clients in order to surface their requirements for the company’s product and service lines.

    - Prepares documentation such as contracts or memoranda of agreement to cover engagement of the company’s services by the clients and channels partners.

    - Conducts interviews, surveys, and other data gathering and validation procedures on existing business processes of clients in order to surface their requirements for the company’s product and service lines.

    - Coordinates with the technical division for on-site support requirements.

    - Monitors and keeps an updated record of all the clients and channels partners’ opportunities and wins outside of the managed accounts for the purpose of cross-selling additional products and services of the company.

    - Participates in the development of new or modified incentive programs and bundling packages to sell more of the company’s product lines to clients.

    - Performs customer relations / maintenance activities by:

    a. Serving as the main contact of clients and channels partners.

    b. Arranging and organizing meetings with specific / key contacts to discuss the details of and updates the projects

    c. Responding to questions and service delivery concerns.

    d. Organizing and coordinating technical updates for the continuing education of clients and channels partners

    - Organizes and participates in special events and projects with global and local partners.

    - Assists in the collection of accounts from client organizations and prepares recommendations on action to take for overdue/aged accounts.

    - Prepares weekly planner on activities to be undertaken and prepares reports on actual results, outputs and accomplishments based on plans at the end of the week; consolidates accomplishment reports into monthly performance reports.

    - Participates in various corporate programs and activities with particular emphasis on coordinative meetings; attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.

    - Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    - Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or any business- related courses.

    - Preferably with experience in channels marketing of information technology products (software and hardware). With certification, upon regularization, able to meet two (2) consecutive sales quota
