  • Background
    • Must be a graduate of a four (4) year Bachelors Course, Having an MBA is preferred
    • At least 8 years of successful experience in Senior Management Level in a medium sized business.
    • Ability to analyze financial data, tactical implementation of strategy and new production implementation.
    • Preferably Trained in Six Sigma / ISO certification or other quality management standards
    • Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent reasoning ability including well developed commercial skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Required.
    • High Integrity and History of trust with all previous companies worked at
    • Work must be willing to travel around to visit installations and sites to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Problem Solver, Has good business judgement, Leadership qualities

    Industry Horizontals
    Regional Sales Managers (Handled a large scale channel of Areas for Sales)

    • Ensure Business Units assigned meets KPI’s in both sales and operations, work with them to train and develop their abilities for growth
    • Grow the Business to reach its goals, financial and otherwise, through strategies, marketing implementations, process improvement, cost reduction, revenue opportunity, training and customer development.
    • Grow Market Share by ___ % through strategies effecting new businesses or regions
    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
    • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual budget and sales quota for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Contributes to finance planning which control sales prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Ensure that Business units comply with deadlines for reporting, company policies and protocols, ICC protocols, best practices and other quality standards.
    • Creates Policies and protocols to continuously improve work standards to allow higher impact sales growth.
    • Explore and find ways to increase and develop business relationship with clients and key partners.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Ensures that the Business Unit follows Company Mission, Vision and Core Values
    • Conducts training for team on Quality management, Continuous improvement and Customer service.
