    University degree (Graduate of Applied/Mathematics, Statistics or Physics, Business Economics, Mathematical Finance)

    Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel-VBA, MS PowerPoint)

    Knowledge in any programming language or statistical tool (OracleSQL knowledge is an advantage).

    Previous exposure to process improvement – Lean & 6Sigma

    Analytical and structured thinking

    Innovative and facilitative approach

    Self reliable

    Excellent Team player

    Good communication and presentation skills

    Participate in the process management and improvement implementation teams in the company

    Participates in various roles in process improvement activities (projects), mainly at the field of process AS-IS descriptions, TO-BE proposals,

    Participates as a special knowledge holder in business processes for IT and Business internal customers

    Support local OPS management in continuous improvement

    Ensure consistency in OPS processes, systems and reporting

    Testing of processes correctness and effectivity.

    Performing of second level control.

    Support new process development in cooperation with country COO

    Comment and approve proposed OPS processes for new products

    Takes into account operation´s productivity to optimize costs and improve performance

    Set up performance of OPS within set performance triggers

    Provide Dashboards, adhoc reports and statistical study that support operational metrics monitoring and efficiency
