Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to an organization's business processes in order to optimize overall organization performance. Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve programs and processes throughout the organization.

• Implement, monitor KPIs, and design reporting tools to measure performance to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Coordinates, analyze, implements, and follow-up on SOPs locally and regionally established.

• Maintain clear, consistent, and concise internal communication across multiple teams. Manage

• stakeholder expectations to gain buy-in for major decisions. Identify and communicate problems that

• can impact the projects to stakeholders in timely manner and drive collaboration for optimal solutions.

• Create and/or collaborate with relevant parties to support the completion of all required documentation, including but not limited to SOPs, WIs, service scope or technical guidelines, and training materials to ensure all stakeholders have the same understanding for further implementation.

• Ensure established SOPs are followed. Overall follow-up on all Business Process related topics.

• Analyze client demands to ensure the relevant teams are able to meet those demands and/or design efficient and effective recommendation.

• Manage the implementation of projects from clients and facilitate with various stakeholders in order to arrange for solutions to project challenges. Coordinate and guide the implementation, integration, and configuration of assigned projects from concept to go live and ensure the project components are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Train and coach different stakeholders/key personnel as necessary for project initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required;

• 5+ years of international logistics, supply chain management, or related fields preferred;

• Language proficiency

• Fluent in English, speaking and writing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate, build relationships,

• negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively at all levels of an organization;

• Ability to motivate others and lead change;

• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to find optimal solutions in limited timeframes required; A

• passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change;

• Deal effectively with multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and find workable solutions when faced with challenges;

• Ability to operate under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes;

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills for informed, evidence-based approach;

• Aptitude and communications skills related to leading and acting independently;

• Computer business applications and software, equipment, and systems for project management;

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PP, Visio, etc.) knowledge
