Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Leads the forecasting requirements on fiscal targets- Revenue, Agency Service Fee (ASF),
and Efficiency and Operating Expenses of business unit.
• Develop and over-sees implementation of over-all division’s operational plan that supports
company’s strategic plan.
• Over-see and ensures engagement of team members in delivering of targets (monthly,
quarterly, and annual).
• Explore new trends and opportunities in the industry and initiate plan of actions that will
create new solutions and innovative ideas that will benefit both company and clients.
• Involve in brainstorming and planning of major projects which includes review of
campaign concept proposal, cost-estimate etc.
• Analyze Sales Reports and provides moving forward plans.

CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RETENTION
• Provides strategy and leads in generating new clients.
• Overseeing client account management agreement to ensure compliance and delivery
of commitment that may lead to return of business.
• Ensures good working relationship with new and existing clients.

LEADERSHIP:
• Collaborates with supervisors in developing operating policies and procedures that will
further enhance the process flow of the division/business unit.
• Gives necessary guidance on resolving concerns, issues, trouble-shooting etc.
• Provides regular coaching and mentoring which aims constant development and
improvement of team members.
• Train new members on the division/business unit process as well as the working dynamics
and culture of the organization.

ADMINISTRATIVE:
• Performs technical and administrative functions such as but not limited to delivery of
reports (includes insights and recommendations), active participation during meetings
and company activities (divisional and management meetings, client briefing and
important meetings, brainstorming, implementation plan, engagement activities etc.),
provides employee performance review on a regular basis etc.
• Involves in the selection process for needed manpower under his/her business

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in a product development or management role.
Proven product development ability.
Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
