Description:

247 BOP is searching for 15+ candidates with basic CAD experience. The job entails transferring building pictures/images into CAD drawings using proprietary CAD software. Our client from the USA sends us images and we use their software to take measurements & recreate the structures in CAD format.

Our office is located in Laoag, Ilocos Norte and we offer a competitive salary, long-term employment, & benefits packages.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Associates degree in Drafting and Design, or related engineering or architecture discipline.

High school graduate

Technical Skills & Work Experience:

With 2-3 years of practical experience as a CAD operator

Experience with Architectural CAD is a plus

Experience as a CAD estimator is a plus

Working knowledge of CAD, RevIt, Sketchup, AutoCAD, or others.

Proficiency with AutoCAD is a bonus

English report writing

High level of general computer skills

Follow accepted drawing standards as guidelines

Detail-oriented.

Proven ability to drive tasks to completion.

Good communication skills

Good organizational skills
