    Description



  • Responsibilities:

    *Auditing emails, voice clips, and customer surveys to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet pre-established performance standards.

    *Ensuring that agent behaviors & practices conform to the standards & procedures by doing call evaluations for Collection/CA/CS Agents.

    *Making recommendations to improve identified opportunities

    *Sending out Coaching Report to the agents immediate head related to the interactions with opportunities needing improvement.

    *Updating Coaching Report Compliance tracker

    *Following up on the status of Coaching Reports

    *Sending call interactions & attend weekly call calibration sessions

    *Sending & updating minutes of the meeting tracker

    *Updating Call Library tracker for good/bad calls

    *Any other QA work-related duties that may be assigned

    Qualifications:

    -With bachelors degree in Business or related course

    -With at least 1 year of experience in the same position

    -Has excellent communication skills

    -Must be proficient in using MS Office Applications

    -Possesses great analytical skills
